* Problems with a purchase from the store?

- Please Send to NC with all data and product proof of purchase, specifying what the problem is.

* Please allow up to 72 hours for a response from me after sending in your NC. I usually respond before this deadline.

*Please pay attention to your purchase the FurtaCor does not make refund.
**Try the demo item before making your purchase! We will not make readjustments for the item if it does not fit your shape. In some cases it may be necessary to use alpha or modify your shape. We won't issue refunds just because you didn't like the product, so test the demo first.

** In case of duplicate purchase, the amount will be refunded IN CREDIT at the store.

* Your satisfaction is our goal, so please if you have any fault send me NC.
